Contact the Delhi Student's Anti-ragging Squad then. Yes, a whole bunch of students in Delhi University have taken it up on themselves to stop ragging. They are doing the rounds in the campus and catching hold of anyone who's found doing the act. They will also install CCTV cameras on campus so they can curb eve-teasing and ragging. Fine. But what about couples doing their act? Will that also be on camera?? Talking of MMS clips...
