Less-than-best outta JEE

Uiimaa! The JEE, India's toughest entrance exam for admissions in the IIT has failed to get the best on board this year. Or so say authorities. Coaching classes have been enabling the not-so-intelligent students to crack the test. But my point is, the one who has cracked the test has surely worked hard, if he/ she has. So, whats the hungama? Just change the format if you doubt the abilities. What say junta?
